Better than Hostess Cupcake Filling
Combine the salt in the hot water, stir until dissolved and let cool.
Whip together the marshmallow cream, Crisco, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Slowly stream in the cooled salt water and whip until finished.
Pipe into cored (or not) cupcakes for a delicious filling.
