Saute cole slaw in sesame oil until soft, let cool. To cooled vegetable mixture, add turkey, spices, sauce, oil and egg. Put a scant amount (1 teaspoon) in center of won ton wrapper and fold like begger's purse. Fry in scant amount of oil until brown on bottom. Add stock, cover and steam for 5 minutes. If needed, add more stock. As stock evaporates bottoms will crisp up again. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
