Carne Asada Style Flank Steak
This recipe is from another good cook in our family, Kathy's son-in-law Donald.
Score flank steak on both sides across the grain making the cuts ½ inch apart. Mix all spices together and coat the meat, rubbing into scoring. Place in bag with cilantro. Squeeze the juice of the orange into the bag and drop in peels. Marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. (adjust for size of meat)
