Mix cream cheese, crackers, sauce, shrimp and cheese till well blended (I mix with hands like meatloaf). Fill the cleaned and stemmed mushrooms with heaping tablespoon of filling - kind of mount and round off top. Roll tops of filling in shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake on foil lined pan at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. |
