Love these bowls!

Chop Chop Salad

• 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
• 6 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
• 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
• 2 Teaspoons of Dried Oregano
• 1/2 Teaspoon of dry Mustard
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (the greener variety is best)
• 8 Cups of chopped Iceberg Lettuce
• 2.5 Cups of diced cooked Chicken
• 1.25 cups of seeded diced Tomato
• 8 ounces of dried Salami, chopped
• 1 Cup of grated Mozerella Cheese
• 3/4 cup of grated Provolone Cheese
• 2/3 cup of drained canned Garbanzo Beans
• 1/2 cup of chopped FRESH Basil
• 3 Green Onions, diced

For a delicious change of pace, make a Chop Chop PASTA Salad. Prepare this recipe but substitute cooked pasta (cook it ONLY to "al dente" so it doesn't fall apart when you mix the salad up) for the lettuce. It's delicious!
