Sweet Cornbread CakeGabriel's favorite. Cornbread with a sweet twist that makes it almost like cake. Top it with honey butter with a hint of cinnamon, and any dessert would have a hard time competing. Delicious!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" baking dish. Mix together dry ingredients:

Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir by hand ONLY until just mixed. Do not overmix! Turn the batter into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes -- until the edges barely begin to pull away from the edges and the top JUST begins to brown. |
