These are our mom's world famous drop doughnuts, from the kitchen of Elaine Eldridge.
Cream margarine & sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Drop by teaspoon into hot fat that is heated to 400 degrees. Cool slightly on paper towels to absorb some of the grease. Roll in mixture of cinnamon & sugar, or powdered sugar.
