Cranberry Gorgonzola Tart
This recipe comes from the kitchen of Ann Glaus.
Preheat oven 450°. Pre bake pie crust in tart pan 9-11 minutes until brown. Cool. Reduce oven to 375°. Beat cheese, milk and egg. Fold in cranberries & onion. Sprinkle top with pecans. Bake 20-25 minutes till just set. Let stand 30 minutes. |
