You will need a silicone candy mold like the one pictured above to make these mints.

Cream Cheese Butter Mints

• 3 ounces cream cheese
  
• 2 teaspoons liquid butter flavor
  
• 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  
• 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
  
• food color paste
  

Mix first 4 ingredients on low speed.  Add food color.  Kneed mixture to soften.  Press into molds.  Makes 1 pound or 8 dozen 1" wafer mints.
