Hominy Grill Cheese Grits

Recipe from the famous restaurant in Charleston South Carolina.

• 1 cup quick cooking grits
  
• 4 cups water
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  

• 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  
• 3 tablespoons butter
  
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  
• 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  

Prepare grits with water and salt as directed on package.  Add rest of ingredients and serve immediately.  Yummy sprinkled with bacon bits or grilled jumbo shrimp!
