Roquefort (Bleu Cheese) Dressing

 This is our mother's, Elaine Eldridge, recipe and is the BEST we've ever encountered. Try this and you'll never buy Roquefort or Blue Cheese Dressing again. Remember -- you can use Bleu Cheese in place of the Roquefort and it won't make a big of difference. 

• 3 ounces cream cheese
  
• ½ cup sour cream
  
• 1 wedge Roquefort
  
• 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  
• 1 pint mayonnaise
  
• salt & pepper to taste
  

Mix well and store in mayonnaise jar.  Flavors improve with aging.
