Skinny Blue Cheese Dip
Jennifer Maynard is the creator of this lighter version of her dad's blue cheese dip.
In a blender combine the cottage cheese, blue cheese, onion, Worcestershire, horseradish and garlic. Blend till smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl and combine with cream cheese. Enjoy!
Note: Great with carrots, pretzels, and extra crunchy potato chips. But is good on anything! Add more or less onion, horseradish and garlic to get spice right. Also I use Fat Free Cottage and Cream cheese. It turns out GREAT, and I prefer the taste of fat free now over low fat or whole.
